Arrival at the Restaurant
Please inform us of any delays as soon as possible by contacting us at +39 0165 88 41 67.
Calls may be made; if the customer isn’t available or doesn’t take our calls, the reservation is valid until 10 minutes after the booked time. After 10 minutes of delay without notice, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with application of the bail and the table will be replaced.
Pets
For space reasons, please report their presence in the comments field at the time of booking; as we accept a limited number.
Typical dish choice (Experience)
To assure our best service, our typical dishes such as Raclette Savoyarde, Fondue Bourguignonne, Fondue Chinoise and Pierrade (Plat Gourmet) are all upon advance request, for a minimum of two people. Each typical dish daily has a limited number and time of order (by 4.00 pm and no later), after which it will no longer be possible to order it.
